Excitement engulfed Kapelebyong district following the lauch of a multimillion education facility.
The district received a four clash room block from Office of the Prime Minister through Teso Affairs ministry. It was support of sh250m that aided the construction of this facility in Obalanga Comprehensive SS.
The school also received a five stance pit latrine.
Their was great happiness exhibited as the facility was handed over to the school.
